- Post detailed job descriptions for candidates to browse. Post directly to Liquid CV or through well known aggregators and job distribution platforms, like broadbean and indeed.com.
- Freely browse candidates -- learn their job history, education, skills and references (the usual stuff), but also about their personality profile -- their team function or psychometric evaluation. Send them a message if you are interested.
- Link jobs to a "Corporate CV" - a company profile that helps candidates to truly understand what it's like to work at the hiring company.
- Take a corporate culture assessment - a tool to help you describe your company's processes and values. Your employees can also contribute for a more complete assessment. Go "public" to make the description available as part of a Corporate CV, so candidates can be more comfortable knowing what's it's like to work at your company.
